Mimi and I chatted a lot last night.
Even such a great guitarist like her,
when she came to bay area at the age of 22, 23,
she was struggling back and forth music stores,
teaching not only guitar, but bass, drum as well,
because she needs money to survive.
That's just reality need to be face.
She usually gets up in the morning,
practices for like 3 hours,
after lunch,
practices for another 3 hours,
then go to gigs or go to teach students.
What a tough life,
which brings her to what she is now.
The musicians career,
even much more people doing the same thing,
but very less can really make it.
I should cherish what I own now,
I can self support learning guitar and play music the way I want,
no pressure at all,
I am lucky.
